that is just completely wrong
keanu is a REALLY bad choice for spike
...he's too flat.
Is there even anyone doing casting, or are the producers just throwing together big names to pull in crowds with complete disregard to the story and original fans?
...or maybe someone lost a bet?
i shudder to think of who they'll choose to round out the main characters ...really, who could possibly pull of playing ed?

Fri, January 16, 2009 - 9:29 PMAs long as you don't see Uwe Boll's name anywhere, how bad could it be? :)
Hollywood has no more original ideas. They went through t he phase of adapting old TV shows which came out terrible. But they've been fairly well adapting comics. Manga and anime are next. I think Hollywood likes adapting things with a pre-sold audience. Not because it equates to ticket sales but because they can tell anyone on the project they are replaceable.

Mon, February 2, 2009 - 8:35 AMI want Hollywood to stop touching masterpieces. Cowboy Bebop is perfect as it is (just like Death Note) and it would ruin the reputation of the series to be adapted like this. Plus Keanu would be just plain terrible.
