I can't be the only one that's seen this, can I?

This is a sequel to the 2004 Appleseed as opposed to the even earlier version but with John Woo's name stamped on it. While the rendering tech has improved I still think I was more impressed with the visuals and story of Appleseed. I'll have to watch it again now. The plot is about some secret group trying to destroy future perfect city Olympus but the story is about Briarios's humanity, he's the cybernetic modified guy with the metal bunny ears if you forgot. His DNA is used to clone a bioroid who is then partnered with him and Deunan.

I enjoyed it but found it missing some of the complexity of Appleseed and Ghost in the Shell.
